COVID-19 safety protocols
During the COVID-19 pandemic, we explored multiple ways to ensure those who could not attend the funeral in person still had a chance to say goodbye.
While COVID-19 restrictions have been lifted, we will continue to provide these additional services to support people who may have other conditions that prevent them from attending the funeral in person.
If you’re sick on the day of the funeral
If you’re unwell and can’t make it to the funeral, we have options to ensure you’re still able to say farewell.
We offer funeral webcasting through our partner OneRoom. This allows us to live stream the service for those who can’t attend in person to watch at home.

If you’re unwell while planning the funeral
When meeting your funeral director, if you can’t make it in person, we can organise a phone or video call.
If you have flu-like symptoms or believe your condition may be contagious, please let us know and we’ll postpone the meeting or make alternative arrangements.
